Do You Know Your Numbers?
By “numbers” we mean your cholesterol, blood pressure, weight, blood sugar, and many other health indicators. Often, knowing numbers isn’t enough. At Raleigh Medical Group, we not only want to give you a profile of your current state of health—we also want to speak with you about what those numbers mean and how you can improve them. This can lower your risk of conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, cancer, or other illnesses.
Your time is valuable, and we want to help you make each visit as pleasant as possible. The following tips and guidelines will help you help us take care of you more efficiently.

Appointments
To schedule an appointment:
- Please call the office at 919-782-1806 between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m and 1:45 p.m. on Friday. We also offer Saturday appointments @ the Raleigh Adult Medicine location @ 3200 Blue Ridge Suite, Suite 200 in Raleigh from 8 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
- If you are an established patient with Raleigh Medical Group and would like to schedule a future appointment online, please submit an appointment request.
We are pleased to offer same-day appointments for routine and urgent needs. Call our office at 919-782-1806 to schedule your same-day appointment.
Check In
Please come 15 minutes early to check in and make sure all your insurance information is up to date. Always bring your insurance card(s) and photo id to every visit to Raleigh Medical Group. It really helps with the administration, filing and processing of each visit. A demographic information update is required every six months. Please have your insurance information and photo id handy so we can process your information in a timely manner.
Cancellations
Our office provides an automated appointment reminder call two business days prior to your scheduled appointment as a courtesy to you. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call 919-782-1806 and press 0 when prompted.
Please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to make an appointment as we reserve the right to charge for visits cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
