Originally from Des Moines, lowa, Avaisha chose a career in human resources because of her passion for helping people navigate challenges, solve problems, and find practical solutions. She enjoys creating positive experiences for employees and managers alike, whether that means providing guidance through difficult situations, answering questions, or helping develop effective workplace solutions.
While much of her work happens behind the scenes, she takes pride in knowing her efforts help create an environment where employees can thrive and, in turn, provide exceptional care to patients.
Outside of work, Avaisha enjoys running, staying active, reading, traveling, watching movies, and spending quality time with her husband and their three children. Their family also includes three rescued pets, a black Lab mix named Link and two tuxedo cats, Luna and Boots, who
keep life entertaining at home.
