Christina Naglee, BSN

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Appalachian State University and has built a career focused on clinical operations, healthcare administration, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, practice management, and ambulatory care operations.

Throughout her career, Christina has led numerous large-scale initiatives designed to enhance patient care, improve operational efficiency, strengthen regulatory compliance, and support the continued growth of healthcare organizations.

A member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), Christina is passionate about improving healthcare delivery by developing efficient processes, supporting care teams, and creating systems that allow providers and staff to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care.

Her nursing background provides a strong clinical foundation, while her leadership experience enables her to make a meaningful impact on both patients and the teams who care for them. Christina believes every patient should feel welcomed, respected, heard, and confident that they are receiving compassionate, high-quality care. She finds the greatest reward in leading teams through meaningful change and helping create an environment where both patients and healthcare professionals can succeed.

Outside of work, Christina enjoys traveling, reading, discovering new restaurants, attending NC State Wolfpack events, and spending time with her husband and their four children. An avid reader, she enjoys a variety of genres, including history, science fiction, leadership, and personal development, and is almost always reading several books at once. She also enjoys exploring new cultures and recently developed a special appreciation for Southern Germany’s beautiful scenery, rich history, and welcoming communities. At home, Christina and her family are kept entertained by their four cats, each with its own unique personality.
