Born in Virginia Beach, she grew up in Raleigh and is a Sanderson High School graduate. She has been a 5-star provider with WakeMed for 5 years. She has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, including helping those following trauma/surgery. She specializes in women’s health, optimizing overall health and wellness of all ages.

Her passion for helping others began when she was young.

“I’ve been caring for others since childhood,” she said. “My father was sick most of my childhood, battling cancer. This lifestyle helped me to love the science of medicine and value the caring heart of nurses. I am in this field because I truly do care. I’m also inspired by my 100-year-old grandmother. Her motto is “just keep going” and “if there’s a will, there’s a way.” She is positive and optimistic!”

Kimberly’s hobbies include pickleball, going to the gym, gardening, and baking cookies and bread.
