Larry’s path to finance was not originally planned. After initially considering a career in Human Resources, he accepted a position as an accounting clerk and quickly discovered a passion for finance and accounting. Since then, he has dedicated his career to helping healthcare organizations strengthen their financial operations, improve efficiency, and build sustainable systems for long-term success.
What Larry finds most rewarding is helping independent physician organizations become more sophisticated and operationally strong. He is passionate about challenging the status quo in healthcare and believes every employee, regardless of role, contributes to better patient outcomes. His leadership philosophy centers on teamwork, accountability, continuous improvement, and a shared commitment to excellence.
Larry has a particular appreciation for Internal Medicine and the essential role it plays in coordinating care and supporting long-term patient health. He believes healthcare should never take a one-size-fits-all approach and hopes every patient feels respected, supported, and receives care tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.
Outside of work, Larry is a passionate soccer enthusiast who plays in a local men’s league. He is a lifelong FC Barcelona fan, proudly supports Team USA in international competition, and also enjoys Formula 1 racing, pickleball, spending time at the lake, and participating in water-related activities. At home, he is kept entertained by Peach, a toy poodle weighing less than two pounds who confidently considers herself the queen of the house.
Larry also enjoys exploring authentic Asian and Peruvian cuisine. A little-known fact about him is that while working at Mellow Mushroom, he won a national pizza competition, and his winning creation was featured on the company’s national menu for six months.
Larry is guided by a simple principle: discipline creates consistency, and consistency produces results. He strives to lead with integrity, perseverance, and hard work while positively influencing his colleagues, community, and those around him.
